Based in Dublin, the Net New Name (NNN) Sales Executive bears primary responsibility for the following:

  • Hunting for and building relationship with NNN (net new name) customers through traditional and digital means

  • Guiding and mentoring the Business Development interns and the Marketing Team to ensure there is a disciplined focus on demand generation

  • Consulting NNN customers on a range of SAP products such as our in-memory database (HANA), PaaS (SAP Cloud Platform), ERP (S4-HANA or ByDesign), HCM (SuccessFactors), Procurement (Ariba), eCommerce/CEC (hybris) and Analytics (Business Objects).

  • Being able to manage and resource global, net new projects – utilizing the SAP eco-system from start to finish, and influencing customers LOB specialists and C-level execs alike

  • Assigning the correct sales specialists & presales to your NNN projects

  • Taking pride in your forecasting & CRM management; being willing to report on the quality & gaps of your Opps to Senior Management on a fluid basis

The NNN Sales Executive should be a strategic and detailed thinker, with strong initiative. The Commercial Sales team embraces a ‘digital first’ sales model, although are expected to travel for F2F meetings 30% of the time. The team also utilizes the SAP Partner Channel to ensure a disciplined management of a high-volume of sales opportunities.

The SAP Commercial Sales team based in Dublin-manage and own completely the mid-market customer segment for SAP customers in the UK & Ireland. There is no field-underlay, the Sales Execs manage every consultative and complex sales cycle from start to finish.

Desired Skills & Experience for the Commercial Sales Executive for UKI market:

  • At least a 2.1 BA in Business or similar. MBA or Masters would be ideal.

  • Experience selling ERP software solutions

  • 2 - 3 years full-life cycle B2B solution selling experience with deal closure responsibilities

  • Experience selling to Net New Name customers is essential

  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally and able to manage his/her business successfully in a heavily matrixed organization

  • High-level of proactive new lead generation with the ability to leverage connections and translate into revenue-contributions

  • Proven ability to solely “own the sales cycle” from qualification to close

  • Excellent listening skills with natural ability to ask the right questions.

  • Word-class business and commercial acumen and ability to work collaboratively across a complex organizational structure

  • Proven ability to obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly
