As Sales Manager for Volume deals, you will work with your matrix sales team to drive revenue for the EMEA North Large Enterprise business across On Premise and Cloud solutions.

The purpose of the role is to improve deal execution for volume deals, focussing on closing deals on time & at increased value.

You will lead deal reviews of the sales execution plans with the AE’s, giving advice and coaching them as appropriate.


  • Review deals with the AE’s in the North EMEA Large Enterprise business:

  • Qualify the opportunities using SAP best practices

  • Review progress on agreed actions and discuss next steps

  • Ensure CRM accuracy including close date, forecast classification, value & phase

  • Coach AE’s on improving the deal execution and increasing the value of their volume deals

  • Identify and deploy best practices for volume deals across the EMEA North region

  • This role has the scope of all deals within LE customers from €50k up to €200k On Premise and up to €100k Cloud

  • The role is internally focussed


  • 3 years experience in software sales environment

  • Sales management experience is preferable however we would consider relevant experience

  • Self-starter, action-orientated and result driven

  • Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix structure

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote and matrix teams

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion
