We are currently recruiting for a Accounting Manager with the potential for partnership! Your main responsibilities will be Notice to Reader Files, Review Engagements, setting up and managing files and clients, reviewing the work of junior and intermediate team members, and working closely with the Partners on the firms overall goals. Reporting to the Partner's you will also be held accountable for identifying and meeting deadlines. The ability to show effective communication with staff and management will ensure your success in this role. Experience in cloud accounting would be considered an asset. Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will be a designated accountant with 5+ years experience in a public accounting environment performing, managing and coordinating audits, review and compilation engagements, preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns and executing tax planning strategies for clients. Reporting to partners you will manage client relationships, train and mentor staff, coordinate business development activities and participate in the development of a vision to take the firm to the next level. A strong public accounting background and experience with several different software programs will be key.
