We are looking for an individual contributor digital marketing product development analyst to help us bring our digital marketing capabilities to market. You will engage with researchers, creative agencies, analysts, developers, IT and delivery professionals to develop our marketing tools and build out our digital capabilities. This role will partner closely with their digital marketing product colleagues and report to the Customer Experience and Development lead.

A successful Marketing Tools Product Development Analyst will possess the following

Primary Responsibilities and Focus:

  • Articulate the business rationale and requirements across business functions (technology, delivery, testing, etc.) and help drive ongoing evaluation and prioritization of marketing projects based on effort and business impact

  • Lead the implementation of digital marketing capabilities This includes managing, new and / or enhanced capabilities (from ideation to development), managing marketing project defects through successful implementation and the onboarding of new partners

  • As the project Business lead, ensure that projects delivered meet marketing requirements and specifications, are successfully testing and implemented flawlessly

  • Partner and collaborate with functional project teams to ensure timely implementation, escalate when required

  • Keep abreast of competitive and industry landscapes and trends and leverage research, analytics and insights to assist in driving marketing strategies and experience


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience

  • Minimum 3 years of digital experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of project lifecycle development with agile experience a plus Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience in large, matrix organizations

  • Financial services or retail environment experience preferred
