Program Control Assistant

The Program Control Assistant is responsible for supporting the preparation and review of monthly financial results. This position tracks Subcontractor activity, supports Facilities management, and assists employees with timesheet and expense issues. Responsibilities - Prepare Subcontractor PO NTE’s, perform invoice review/approval - Review and assign accounting codes to high volume of facilities related invoices - Track contract funding and backlog - Assist with customer reporting requirements - Troubleshoot timesheet and expense report issues and prepare communications for program employees


Minimum Qualifications - United States Citizenship required. - BS degree, equivalent experience in a related field can substitute for degree. - 2-4 years finance or contracts program support experience desired. Federal government contracting experience is a plus. - Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites required. Experience with Deltek Costpoint Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software desired. - Ability to create and utilize financial models. - Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to create and improve processes. Must be able to work independently to accomplish work within required deadlines.
