The successful candidate will have the following experience:
· Streamlining page designs for websites (intranet)
· Designing websites—taking input from team members and developing designs
· Maintaining websites—updating information so that it is current and accurate
· Testing sites and downloadable content to ensure it is 508 compliant
· Managing Sharepoint content
· Managing Drupal content (not a required skill set but a preferred skill set)
The candidate should also have Helpdesk experience and Programming experience. The candidate must also have experience collaborating with a team and executives to design websites to the requirements of the team.

Additional Programmer Requirements:
(a) Responsibilities/Duties. Assists in the performance of requirements analysis for systems under direction of more senior analysts. Assists in the development of system code under the direction of more senior programmers. Assists in the evaluation, analysis, planning and implementation of new or enhanced hardware and software at the level of complexity commensurate with experience and skills. Takes guidance from design documents and applies specified methods, tools, and standards in the development of design documents, software code, testing, implementation, and documentation of systems. Designs detailed programs, design charts, and diagrams, documenting computations and sequence of operations necessary to process data and display results. Translates detailed design charts into code. Verifies accuracy and validity of programs by preparing sample data and testing. Corrects program errors by revising instructions. Works with testers and reviewers to document needed modifications.
(b) Qualifications. Requires High school diploma or equivalent with AA or equivalent in computer science. Two years’ experience in systems programming and/or analysis required.
