About the Role
The ‘Jam’ platform is the only solution that integrates the four pillars of business social networks: Dynamic Profiles, Groups, Personal Activity Feed, and the Company Tab, with a broad collaboration application suite. ‘Jam’ engages employees and makes teams more efficient in their day-to-day tasks. Improved communication and collaboration help companies align around their strategy and accelerate talent processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect and penetrate net new and existing customer accounts independently,
Articulate our value proposition to both LoB (SFSF, CEC, Ariba), DDM and business executives
Penetrate and present to C-level executives in EVERY account you sell, no exceptions
Demo ‘Jam’ and close in collaboration with LoB Sales and DDM
Develop strong knowledge of other SFSF products and stay current on competitive solutions
Sell ROI of ‘Jam’ as a solution to improve communication, collaboration, learning, talent onboarding, etc. across LoB’s and C-level execs. Drive complex sales cycles.
Manage multiple deals concurrently and qualify and forecast deals accurately
Uncover opportunities for team members to upsell additional SuccessFactors products buy digging deep and building strong relationships
Drive complex sales cycles, exceed goals, make money
Required Skills and Experience:
Seasoned Sales Professional with demonstrable experience of overachieving targets.
Software Apps Sales Experience that includes selling software applications or SaaS
Successful sales experience selling collaboration solutions
A proven ability to effectively present and sell to C-level execs at large enterprise corporations
Consistent Success – Over-quota, top ranked, President’s-Club-making performance throughout your entire sales career.
Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
A good technical aptitude.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
New market sales experience – success evangelizing a new product in a new market
History of adaptability and progressive technologies
Successes in different companies – a proven ability to take your sales skills and be successful selling in different markets, different cultures, to different audiences
Experience selling content management and/or workflow applications
International Experience across EMEA preferably
