Production Control Clerk

Production Control Clerk (PC Clerk) must have knowledge of supported aircraft systems and subsystems. PC Clerk requires a working knowledge of automated systems (ULLS-A [E]) and related software. The PC clerk should demonstrate sufficient knowledge to assist the PC Manager in managing the battalion/squadron ULLS-A (E) server. The PC clerk is responsible for administrative PC functions, processing, and updating of ULLS-A (E) information. Updating and processing forms, records, and work orders pertaining to aircraft systems and subsystems according to appropriate regulatory guidance, manuals, and the ULLS-A (E) end-users guide. Generation of internal work orders for maintenance support from assigned shops and maintenance sections. Generate MWO workbooks and associated forms. Reconciliation of work orders with the supporting and supported units according to the SOP. Reconciliation of work orders within the maintenance unit and external maintenance activities and agencies as required. Responsible for the distribution of forms and records associated with aircraft maintenance support.

ULLs-A PC Experience

Experience utilizing computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.

Must be able to read, speak, analyze, and think critically to convey written and oral information effectively.

H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
