Accepting resumes from experienced, qualified Logistics and Supply specialists with a background in the field of logistics and supply management position. The incumbent will provide expertise in the development of logistics flow, ensure flexible response to customer demands and unforeseen production difficulties, and coordination with other A-T Solutions locations and functions. The individual will coordinate supplier relationships to ensure quality products are manufactured and shipped at agreed upon requirements, manage return processes, and work with the team to develop an aggressive vision based on world class supply chain parameters. This role will establish and coordinate key logistics processes across the supply chain network of the supported organizations to include planning, logistics, and materials controls. A key position focus is the development and monitoring of effective supply chain processes.
Develop and implement operating systems to drive functional excellence throughout the supply chain system.
Establish and monitor effective logistics practices and materials management/inventory processes.
Oversee order fulfillment processes to fully integrate logistics and supply warehousing plans.
2-5 years’ experience in Supply Management or in the Logistics and Materials Management field.
3-5 years’ experience in financial invoicing and tracking procedures.
3-5 years of military experience a plus.
Extensive technical knowledge of ordering, receipt, inventory and custody control procedures.
Experience in overseas and domestic shipping procedures.
Superior computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and organizational skills essential.
Must meet minimum requirements to deploy globally.
Position is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia
Travel requirements: 25-50% CONUS/OCONUS
Secret Clearance required
