Property Management Services Coordinator

Reporting to the Corporate Government Property Manager. Services to ensure that the material and supplies are ready to be received into the property record system (Maximo is default), properly tagged and reported according to contract and task order requirements; that all property customer reports and support activities are completed and submitted as per SOW, and that all property records are maintained according to both PAE and customer standards/metrics. Provides other close-in management direction and support in the analysis and evaluation of partner and team performance in the PMS support element.


  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, 3-7 years Property Management experience

  • Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFAR property regulations, conducting and reporting self-audits, key PMO SME for property and system requirements.

  • Able to plan and direct a broad range of property management support activities as well as conduct research into alternatives and improvements.

  • Very familiar with the mission objectives, timelines and deliverables for each contract and task order assigned.

  • Demonstrate sound oral and written skills. Intermediate level competency in computer and automated supply management desired.

  • Able to direct solution development with regard to schedule integrity

  • Able to execute mid-level solution alternatives with the subsequent metrics toward successful contract or task order mission execution in the field, able to anticipate

  • Able to evaluate and develop solutions to systemic issues which have intermediate and long-term effects on GSCMs performance in the Logistics Chain, focusing on the life-cycle and sustainment requirements.

  • Detail oriented and organized; able to write and interpret contract SOP/SOW specifications and develop effective and accurate execution plans.

  • Review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications. Second level supervisory, very good people and team building skills

  • Material Planning and Material Expediting Services Supervisors/Manager, Logistics Services Supervisor/Manager, Warehousing Manager and support staff, and 3PL POCs (1st Level): daily-weekly with leadership; Logistics Services and PMO staff (2nd level): weekly during joint staff meetings.
