PAE National Security Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst, in Fredericksburg, VA. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing monthly financial results and analysis against budget and forecast metrics.
Responsibilities - Develop annual AOP - Prepare quarterly forecasts - Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis - Research and verify costs posted to program - Prepare cost accruals - Calculate/verify monthly revenue - Invoice review/Prepare supporting reports if needed - Prepare Program Management Review slides - Support Program Manager in meeting preparation and financial understanding - Ad hoc analysis as requested. - Pricing assistance as requested. - Facilitate Project kick-off and setup meetings - Support customer requests and contract requirements. Create and maintain EAC/ETC, Prepare unbilled accounts receivable reconciliation, Prepare 13-week cash forecast.
BS degree with a minimum of 6 year’s program control experience.
Demonstrates problem solving & analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites.
Ability to create and utilize financial models.
Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to create and improve processes.
