Kellogg Sales Representative HSF - Guadalajara in GUADALAJARA, Mexico

Analyze and comprehend informatios, dynamics and need in order to create action plan to maximize sales. Align commercial plans with Distributors, coordinate branch execution and route to market implementation, suggest new ways of increase sales monitoring numeric distribution and KPI's by rout.

What will I be Doing?

Identify opportunities to increase the rotation of products at routes .

  • Take the role as a distributor sales representative LEADER, coordinate all plans and assure execution.

  • Together with other business areas, identify opportunities by category and channel in their branch ( numeric distribution, share and preformance scanner).

  • Routes visists with distributor salesman in order to supervise and suggest better ways of working.

Sales bargaining and to achieve goals .

  • Trading volume sales of all categories with each branch according to estimates from Distributors.

  • Monitoring of compliance with billing for sales targets in their branch.

  • To strengthen the business relationship with their customers.

POS implementation .

  • To ensure the implementation of the business plan of the company in distributors.

  • To monitor progress of the implementation of activities to generate demand ( through reports generated for consulation of RTM routes implementation, technology)

  • To generate good business relationship with the managers of the different business environments to increase the participation of categories in wich it participates.


  • Align priorities and initiatives with salesman in daily meetings.

What Do I Need To Demostrate?

Skills Requirements:

  • Banchelor´s degree.

  • 2 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable)

  • Specific Experience Managing: Fiel sales and third party merchandising.

  • People manager experience: Not Required.

  • Knowledge required on: Distributors market dynamics

  • Key customers across geographies. (Desirable)

  • Proven Skills required: Negotiations and Operational Discipline.

  • Spanish proficient.
