China Division is with three offices Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou. It is an emerging market with great opportunities.

Individual in position will be accountable for strategic sales management, relationship management, project planning, program retention, and portfolio growth.

Expand issuing and acquiring from Tier 1 banks to Tier 2 city level banks

Individual will be responsible for CGI development and account management.

Prepare for market access in design domestic care usage scenarios that link with cardholders, domestic processing both issuing and usage, which in turn to support the popularity of MasterCard single brand cards.

Cater to projected growth in business volume and increased complexity in account management needs

Work closely with other functional and Regional team. Develop strong relationships between MasterCard and the customers across all functions and understand customers€™ organizational politics.

Drive and introduce new business opportunities to customers. Understand customer business strategies and deliver against sales targets for MasterCard products/services. Implement solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.

Develop relationships with customers at senior and middle levels and develop value propositions to customers to increase MasterCard's business with customer.

Involvement in all marketing related activities with customers and provide consultative support to specific MasterCard products/services, trends and the payment industry.

All About You

Thorough knowledge of card and payments industry. Understanding of MC products and solutions and the ability to demonstrate the value proposition to customers

Self-starter, mature, demonstrated initiative with drive to run independently with high-level guidance from manager.

Good experience in relationship building and developing business relationships with people at senior levels and bringing in results.

Thorough knowledge of the regulatory and legal environment of the market

Strong customer management and influencing skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be effective with diverse internal and external audiences.
