POSITION SUMMARY: The manager is an individual who is responsible for supervision of food production staff and department staff to ensure duties are completed on schedule and in a timely manner. The manager may be required to work staff positions as deemed necessary by the director.
1. Previous food service management experience required.
2. Good communication skills required.
3. Ability to successfully interact with staff, co-workers and management.
4. Computer based program knowledge preferred (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
