This role is responsible for ‘global’ direction, supervision, functional design, support and deployment of supply chain systems, software applications and processes to maximize efficiencies through the materials management function. The Systems/Integration Sr. Manager will lead a team of supply chain system professionals to work closely with field supply chain and business units to gather need requirements, develop solution design, and serve as the liaison between various groups and corporate IT for system development, prioritization and implementation. The role will oversee the IT materials budget and have direct interaction with a diverse team of stakeholders to include: corporate IT, business units, operations, supply chain, quality, HSE and finance.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience materials management systems and software applications, be able to develop strategies to support organizational priorities, communicate effectively and influence at various levels within the organization, and possess proven project management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recommend, develop, implement, optimize and maintain materials management systems and software applications that support the field materials management efforts

  • Work with supply chain, business units and IT leadership team to develop system strategies to support field operations

  • Manage a team of 3-5 system/integration and business process professionals

  • Serve as the liaison between corporate IT, field operations, and business units to evaluate, prioritize and project manage system and software application development/enhancement requests

  • Manage the IT materials budget and develop business cases for new system/software application development/enhancements

  • Represent the global materials group on cross-functional process and system design/enhancement projects

  • Serve on the supply chain system steering committee to evaluate and prioritize system projects

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and advances in materials management and analytics systems and software to evaluate and recommend solutions.

  • Perform other special assignments and duties as may be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 10 years work experience in SAP ERP system, Business Warehouse, supply chain software applications, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Minimum 5 years in a management/supervisory position

  • Excellence communication, influencing and change management skills

  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools and principles

  • Ability to hire and develop top talent and build succession plan

  • Flexibility to travel globally up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/MS

  • Oil and Gas service industry experience

  • Certification in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management (APICS/ISM) or other professional designation
