Role and Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to board New to Bank SME Assets to grow the Assets Balance Sheet of Citibusiness (Target market of INR 10 Cr to INR 125 Cr of sales turnover with loan amount from INR 50 Lakhs to INR 19.2 Crores).
Use all available leads through telecalling, other existing customer databases, and leads generated by self
The candidate should have 2-3 years’ work experience and must be a MBA/CA by qualification.
Thorough knowledge of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, credit underwriting skills is imperative for this role.
Good understanding of working capital products like Export Financing, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee facilities
Understand customer working capital and term loan requirement needs, explore and educate customer on financial needs arising at various life stages
Address how Citibank products and services can meet the short term and long term needs of the customer
Influence the customer to initiate the relationship which helps in supporting the immediate and long term needs
Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
Complete all mandatory certifications within 90 days of joining the bank and continuously keep self-updated on changes in products, processes and compliance/regulatory norms
Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to them
Keep immediate supervisor informed about key market/customer information and proactively escalate potential issues/concerns.
Coach Relationship Managers and interact with Branch folks to generate leads
Handle Product and FEMA escalations on the portfolio
Engage with the top clients on their Hedging and FX strategy
Continually evaluate business growth both in terms of fresh clients as well as incremental revenues from existing clients
- Minimum INR 5 Crores of line load every month along, with minimum 75% of Fund Based Limits (Cash Credit, Export Financing, Term Loan, FCTL etc.)
