Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as technical administrative lead in support of Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications

  • Assists with implementations, enhancements, service requests

  • Performs analyses as requested

  • Prepares lists and loads files

  • Unit tests configuration

  • Drafts audit rules to address the need for system controls

  • Assists with development of new ancillary processes

  • Provides assistance with managing and reporting on project plan

  • Provides customer service, assisting with triaging and resolving third-tier support issues

  • Using report template with variables generates data for custom requests from management and

  • Auditors

  • Modifies distribution and/or schedule of existing production reports

  • Helps support in-bound (lists) and out-bound (ledger) interfaces, including data delivery

  • Upon manager concurrence documents and submits cases to software vendor

  • Suggests efficiencies and improvements

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Concur administration preferred, but not required

  • Knowledge of IBM Cognos Query Studio preferred, but not required

  • Experience with and understanding of financial systems a plus

  • Skill managing file processing

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis of application defects

  • Ability to articulate system functionality and participate in requirements discussions and documentation

  • Comfortable as a liaison between the business, the software vendor, and IT colleagues


  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering or equivalent combination of education & experience.

  • 5+ years experience as a lead SME in an organization of repute.


  • Proven 5+ years of Concur, Cognos application development experience and integration with ERP systems

  • Five years overall experience with expense management solution

  • Experience with implementations, upgrades, projects and production support

  • Individual must work well in a production release environment and demonstrate compliance with:

  • corporate change management processes and documentation processes.

  • Ability to apply judgment; implement solutions, and resolve conflicts, all in a multi-tasked

  • environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within

  • allocated time frames.

  • High attention to detail with good organizational skills; ability to deal with a fast paced

  • production environment.

  • Have a strong desire to identify ways for improving processes and documentation.

  • Experience with Windows and/or UNIX/LINUX operating systems.

  • 3 to 5 years of Windows 2003/2008 operating system expertise.
