Position Description


The Senior Analyst, HR Technology is the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding technology enabled process lead with primary responsibility for Taleo, Allergan’s global applicant tracking system. The position sits within HR Operations and reports to the Executive Director, HR Technology Strategy & Governance who has overall responsibility for strategy, design, implementation, operation and governance of all HR enabling technology. As the HR technology enabled process lead for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, the Senior Analyst’s primary responsibilities will include maintenance and stewardship of all Taleo business processes, interface from Workday and position management process stewardship in Workday. This role will also be responsible for representing HR Technology on all small scale merger, acquisition and divestiture projects.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

· Working closely with the Executive Director and Director, Global HR Data Management to understand evolving business requirements and how this impacts new demand, for both Taleo and Workday functioning and data quality.

· Cultivating a close working relationship with the Executive Director, Talent Acquisition to understand evolving trends and requirements in Talent Acquisition globally.

· Collaborating daily with key process and data stakeholders including HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and IT.



  • At least three (3) years of experience within the Human Resources or IT function supporting aglobal HR system of record or ERP, preferably with experience in the life sciences/healthcareproducts industry.

  • At least two (2) years of experience within the Human Resources function supporting Taleo or comparable ATS.

  • Undergraduate degree within a relevant course of study, a graduate degree highly desirable.
