Position Description

Motivated, self-starter responsible for supporting all field sales incentive programs for field sales forces including bonus and commissions, annual awards, contests, and other additional programs. Responsibilities include program design and development, modeling payout distribution and other analyses, administer/validate different programs, program communication and training, track of all the changes, and budget tracking. Develop communications including program write-ups, training materials and other documentation. Work closely with Senior Sales and Marketing Management and Human resources to ensure programs are aligned to our sales and marketing strategies. Work closely with other internal departments including IT and outside vendors. The ability to analyze and to effectively articulate and implement results is essential for this position. Looking for someone that can produce detailed analytics but also understands the bigger picture. Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Carry out analyses on the sales forces performance through a variety of compensation programs. Maintain/Validate Compensation and PresClub calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and timeliness pf deliverables.

  • Update and communicate to the field all Quarterly documents including contests. Be able to updated current documents and keep track of all changes.

  • Handling all aspects of customers’ service. Must be able to work with well senior level marketing, sales leaders and sales representatives. Communicate with managers and give pertinent responses to their inquiries.

  • Develop/Implement different excel spreadsheets. Preparing statistical / summary analysis for all incentive programs.

  • Work with outside vendor to ensure accuracy with all aspects of IC, SP&A and sales force deliverables. Responsible for handling certain programs for the sales force.

  • Help train and mentor 2 IC analysts in conjunction with IC Director.


The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • 3+ years of experience in General analytics/statistics understanding and sales incentives experience. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and PC skills in Excel and VBA.

  • Managing people


  • Undergraduate degree within a relevant course of study.
