This is an internally focused role dealing with internal clients.In this capacity, this role will have accountability to discuss with clients, manage over $100MM in assets, and make recommendations on how to most effectively. The job will require strategy development for regional, site, and global functions, and will require day-to-day operational decision making. This role determines production service strategy for global operations. The Infrastructure Sr. Group Manager will be accountable for critical infrastructure operations of significant business assets, as well as 185 resources.


·Bachelor's degree in Technology or related discipline required

·10+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure

·10+ years of managing IT business partner relationships

·8+ years of driving total quality improvement programs across Global IT operations

·8+ years with P&L responsibilities including oversight of high-budget projects

·Previous experience driving continuous cost optimization programs through automation portfolios that reduce standard incidents and requests

·Experience in dealing with executive committee level senior management and communicating in their language

·Must have expert level background in running large mission critical IT operations environments leveraging industry best practice methods

·Must have expert level experience managing large vendor service and outsource arrangements

·Financial budget management experience of budgets of $15 million and up

·Proven track record of building strong talented teams with the requisite technical and domain expertise

·The ability to innovate and lead with new technology to derive and deliver value

·A demonstrated track record of building strong and trusting relationships with all relevant areas of the organization

·Strong work ethic: ability to perform personally at a very high level and to encourage excellence and enthusiasm among staff.

·Manage relationships with business partners, understand business strategies and deliver solutions that enhance the business while maintaining regulatory compliance and protecting data assets.

·Establish goals and effective measurements for tracking productivity and customer satisfaction.
