Loan Processor

Position Overview:

We are seeking exceptional individuals for opportunities in our Mortgage division as a Loan Processor. We are looking for candidates that have mortgage industry experience with excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation is comprised of base salary + quarterly variable incentives. Main responsibilities are:


  • Manage pipeline of loans to ensure data integrity of all data and process inputs

  • Review loan file to verify procedures per guidelines

  • Order necessary documents

  • Follow-up with vendors to obtain required documentation

  • Communicate with customers to ensure level of satisfaction

  • Clear prior to close conditions (with signature)

  • Partner with underwriting on difficult/exception issues

  • Review the Closing Disclosure with the customer prior to the scheduled closing
