GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer the bank partner “know your customer” (KYC) process
Complete risk and compliance questionnaires
Work closely with RISC and Compliance internally to stay abreast of FIS policy and procedures, as it pertains to risk and compliance
Establish key relationships with bank partners to ensure risk and compliance requirements are met
Establish key relationships with business unit leaders to ensure risk and compliance requirements are met
Provide guidance to BU’s on changing compliance demands
Facilitate onsite risk reviews with BU’s and bank partners
Work with Treasury Operations team to obtain transactional statistics to provide to bank partners
Create and maintain a KYC knowledge base of documentation and FAQ’s
Create and maintain profiles on all bank partners from a buy/sell perspective
Serve as a resource for Treasury Operations TeamCommunicate with internal departments and external banking partners as needed
Cross train and become proficient on all Treasury Operation roles, including Quantum/Trax Treasury Workstation
Serves as back up for daily cash positioning
Serves as back up in Treasury Operations functions
Provide assistance to Treasury Operations Mgr.’s as needed
Analyzes cash flow forecasts results and investigates variances and trends.
Works with accounting staff related to research of variances.
Analyzes bank fees and allocations
Analyzes cash flow trending
Creates reports for various levels of the organization
Daily, monthly, and yearly reports and dashboards for executive management
Custom TWS reports for users
Cash flow forecasts and trending for management
Perform other related duties as assigned
3 to 5 years banking experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
General knowledge of banking risk and compliance a plus
General knowledge of financial payments industry
Good communication skills to effectively describe issues and resolutions
Ability to work professionally and persuasively with bank partners
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management
Intermediate knowledge of technology (Treasury Workstations, Internet, file transmissions, etc.)
Skill in analytical and statistical examination for complex problem solving
Ability to create complex spreadsheets and demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, accounting, reporting and other related software
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, plan and work in an organized manner and rely on sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to handle stressful situations
Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to handle daily responsibilities and special projects simultaneously
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and the public
