Make outgoing call to delinquent/recovery customer to remind, educate and ask them to make payment.
Escalate customer request / issue / complaint.
Perform collection activities as per approved strategy.
Process ESMS as agreed turn-around time.
Minimize security violations and avoid information security incident.
Comply with the Citibank policy and procedure.
Accomplish each assigned project as per agreed target date
Avoid any complaint from internal customers and external customers.
Contribute proactively during team meeting and activities.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor's degree, any field
GPA minimum 2.75/4.00
