Job Description:

  • Seeking individual with sales track record particularly in Banking or Insurance business

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Identify opportunities from Citipriority/Citibanking, and Card customers (look alike Citigold customers) to be offered insurance products namely whole life, savings plans, endowment plans, and retirement planning

  • Conduct regular visits/call on daily basis to increase insurance penetration from inactive banking, card, or new customers – discipline in reviewing, following up pipelines is very critical

  • Work with insurance company’s representatives in offering Insurance products

  • Promote active learnings among peers through success sharing, insurance talk, morning commentary, etc.

  • Ensure good synergy with RMs or Insurance company’s representatives on any post-sales matters/services

  • Increasing Insurance penetration in mass affluent segment including Citibanking/Citipriority

  • Analyzing customer’s needs and collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them proper protection solution

  • Preparing pipelines and setting up call visit on daily basis


  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Insurance or Banking industry and proven track record

  • Proactive and result oriented with strong selling skills

  • Good relationship building and communication skills
