If you are our Trade Marketing Manager in Indonesia, you will have a chance to
Broad understanding of the category product, sales and channel management as well as business challenges and strategy to grow in store share.
Actively contributes to deliver business objectives from overall business units.
Establishes relationships and represents HP to different partner tiers and channel landscape through Sales representatives assigned to stores.
Show contribution in significant increase of store share for every product category.
Ability to provide deeper understanding of the market, through store and channel analysis and recommend strategic implementation upon the analysis.
Cross function coordination between Business Units, Sales and Marketing.
Engage and manage external vendors to ensure results / KPI are delivered.
Strategic and effective thinking process is required to balance business units and sales priorities amongst the all categories.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
University or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance
Typically 5-8 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred
Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise / End User Acct management as an alternative
To be successful you should be able to
Manage activation for both CNB and Printing Category
Activation includes consumer roadshows, NPI events, in store promotions, LFR store promotions and seasonal promotions.
Design concept, brief agency, align with Category and sales for each events / activation to ensure that the events serve the business objectives from Category and Sales.
Ensure that targets are set up and meeting the requirement for return of investment.
Ensure that each events produced maximal return of investments for HP.
Ensure all materials produced are aligned with HP guidelines and Alliances guidelines.
Manage and assess budget and spending on quarterly basis and suggest improvements for future spending.
Ensure that all POE – post events are documented properly and comply with the SOW.
