Client Service Delivery (CSD) brings together BNY Mellon's key operational areas into one global team to better support the company's businesses and serve clients around the world. CSD helps clients to conduct business, service assets, and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. At every stage of the investments lifecycle - creating, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing and restructuring assets - CSD is working to make BNY Mellon the recognized industry service quality and productivity leader. Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.
Oversee Investment Accounting functions for various types of investment companies and clients. Manage and develop staff. Maintain client relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of investment accounting policies and procedures. Directly involved with client development and management. Oversee funds and/or functions of moderate to high complexity/volume. KNOWLEDGE: Expert knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional field and trends/business issues in the industry. Is recognized as an authority and considered a leader. Develops, integrates and evaluates new advancements in the industry to direct and lead successful results.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree Major: Accounting,/Finance, Economics, Business Administration with a minimum of 9 accounting credits. May require integration of complicated or divers inputs to achieve project's objectives at the department or functional level. LEADERSHIP: Aligns goals and activities of a diverse, complex work group or longer-term project with the objectives of a department, function and overall company. Provides direction, sets milestones, allocates responsibility, and drives toward and monitors results. Acts with a sense of urgency. Creates a positive work environment - - teamwork, mutual respect, encouraging change, innovation, and accountability at all levels. PROBLEM SOLVING: Questions problem definition and re-frames question to address the underlying issues. Must think outside the box to develop creative approaches to problem solving and original solutions.
