We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified DevOps Automation Engineer to work in an always on and highly available SaaS environment. The successful candidate will join a team of professional IT engineers responsible for the systems and software administration of a 24x7 highly available application designed for the specific workflows in the legal industry.

An ideal candidate would: have an eagerness to learn; work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and automate systems; help automate and streamline operations and processes; build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations; troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test and production environments.

What You Will Be Doing

-Design pipelines to deploy applications

-Architect and automate deployment of Kubernetes clusters

-Write CHEF cookbooks to automate server configuration

-Manage services in public and private clouds

-Monitor metrics to ensure uptime

-Collaborate with Developers to remove deployment obstacles

What You Need for this Position


  • DevOps Experience (1+ Years)

  • Chef

  • (and/or)Puppet

  • Linux/Unix

  • Bash Scripting

  • PowerShell


  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • Terraform

  • Artifactory

  • Octopus Deploy

  • Solr

  • Splunk

  • AppDynamics

  • Azure / Nutanix

  • F5

  • Must be able to think quickly, act decisively with good judgement to ensure system availability and uptime

  • Ability to maintain a very strong attention to detail in a high stress IT operations environment is paramount

  • Maintain project ownership and accountability with the ability to execute project plans and meet timelines and deliverables

  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount to success

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly
