Internship positions may include:

Software Engineer / Developer

  • Provide support related to all aspects of software analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration management

  • Add new functionality, upgrades, debugging and enhancements for our software applications

  • Participate in the preparation of system requirements and design specifications

  • Participate in the preparation of project plans, status and statistical reports

  • Assist in the resolution of customer product issues escalated from Client Services

Software Quality Assurance

  • Write test cases

  • Execute manual test cases

  • Train on Testing Anywhere

  • Develop automation scripts

Product Management/Documentation

  • Update User Guides

  • Update System Administration Guide to include new features and functionality added over the past year

  • Document the Data Dictionary to include field descriptions

  • Create release notes for new versions and patch releases

  • Creation of technical specifications (e.g., documenting the logic for assessment indicators).

  • Configuring product demonstrations

  • Performing quality assurance to support release readiness assessments

Graphic Design

  • Create sales sheets and white papers based on pre-existing templates

  • Mock up screens for web pages and mobile applications

  • Create designs for convention booths and displays

Marketing Content

  • Edit and Proofread copy

  • Ensure copy adheres to style guide

  • Check facts and references for accuracy

  • Assist with content writing, transcription, and other functions as needed

Sales & Marketing

  • Assist with Lead Generation programs

  • Work and reporting within Salesforce CRM

  • Sales pipeline trending and forecasting

  • Generation of sales operations and metrics reports

  • Lead summaries and reporting

  • Sales rep leader board reporting

  • Updating job descriptions and working with managers to obtain a job description if a description is not in place

  • Assisting in recruitment process which may include posting jobs on social media and other job sites, conducting boolean searches for candidates, entering candidate information in applicant tracking system; scheduling interviews, assisting with phone screens

  • Prepare various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing research regarding external market salary data for positions

  • Perform assorted clerical work by filing and organizing employee records; supporting the on-boarding process

  • Contribute to overall Human Resources function by completing a variety of assigned projects with accuracy and timeliness.


  • Create trouble tickets using appropriate trouble ticketing system.

  • Perform necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve problem or determine appropriate fix

  • End user desktop and application support

  • New hire setups

  • Install desktop hardware and software

  • Install personal and network printer hardware

  • Assist in maintaining network hardware, software

  • Troubleshooting and resolution of end user support issues

Job Qualifications:

Required Education/Experience

  • In Junior or Senior year this fall and pursuing Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)

  • Strong communication skills, oral and written

  • Proactive

  • Flexible

  • Ability to work independently
