Position Objective:

The candidate should possess prior transition management experience with an in-depth understanding of market and operating risks involved, including trading and settlement covering equities, fixed income, FX and exchange traded derivatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Excel and Bloomberg to analyze data, and provide reports, charts and graphs. The candidate should be self-motivated and curious, with the ability to work in a fluid environment, with creative thinking skills and a sense of humor. The ability and to meet deadlines is a requirement. Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills are a must, and comfort with client facing situations a large plus.

Key Responsibilities:

•Pre and post trade analysis of transition events

•Trade strategy development

•Analytical tool development and improvement, may include basic coding

•Direct and manage client projects and coordinate with involved parties

•Handle client updates and reporting throughout the transition process



•Positive attitude and work ethic

•Possess resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high-volume, fast paced environment

•Ability to think globally, creatively, and to be innovative

•Previous exposure to Transition Management

•Post Graduate qualifications an advantage

•FCA registered individual

•Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
