Candidate s accomplishments demonstrate their understanding of test design, execution, project quality and delivery implementing best practices/techniques. Candidate will be required to adhere to client s IT Key Controls and produce the required departmental deliverables for their assigned projects. Candidate is seen as a best in class tester. Candidate demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changes in processes, organization, and/or personnel required to deliver products.

Candidate is a team player, fostering a collaborative environment, and often taking the lead. Candidate demonstrates the ability to work, collaborate and influence within and outside the IT department. Candidate effectively communicates with management, peers, and team in a timely manner. Candidate exercises sound judgment in applying IT policies. Candidate is engaged as a tester continuously updating and improving our product, processes, procedures, and practices. Candidate demonstrates the ability to consistently apply the appropriate tool and/or technique on assigned projects. Candidate has experience applying shift left testing methodology.

All qualifications are assumed to be required unless stated preferred.

Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.

Five to Eight years testing experience (Years will vary by level required Junior, Intermediate, Senior).

Working knowledge of the following platforms: Web; Mainframe; DB2, Oracle & SQL; Cognos, Mobile devices;

Advanced knowledge of current versions of the following products: HP Quality Center; HP Sprinter; HP QTP; Lotus Notes; Microsoft Excel;

Automation experience is a plus;

Ability to translate stories, use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria into Test Cases and Test Scenarios.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent presentation and interviewing skills.

Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.

Broad knowledge of the financial services industry.

Some Java coding experience preferred, but not necessary.

Familiarity with HR business processes.
