Citizens Bank Senior Human Resources Project Analyst in Manchester, New Hampshire


As an HR Senior Project Analyst, this individual will work on confidential HR related projects, which will require discretion.

Under general supervision and own initiative, the chosen individual will perform diverse, advanced project and administrative duties and manage high level tasks for HR Business Partners to include:

·Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, processing adhoc report request, and handling confidential and sensitive information.

·Maintaining files and records in line with company record retention guidelines and regulations.

·Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements.

·Assisting in projects that require research, data collection to maintain or prepare reports.

·Preparing, reviewing, and composing correspondence, routine forms and payment requests, independently or with minimal direction.

This person will work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the businesses with the ideal candidate working out of our Manchester, NH location.


Experience and Skills:

·2 or more years of Project Administrator experience

·Human Resources or Financial Institution experience a plus

·Must have strong organizational, communication, and planning skills and customer orientated.

·Good problem resolution and critical thinking skills

·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing work as appropriate using good judgment techniques.

·Strong attention to detail, good judgment and the ability to multi-task, be self-directed and support individuals locally and remotely and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

·Must have strong MS Office skills - Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Access preferred.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
