Job Summary:

  • Acquires customers and sells the full range of Citi’s products in order to increase revenue for the bank

Job Responsibilities:


  • Generates sales revenue at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area

  • Proactively approaches customers to interest them in Citi’s products (credit cards, personal loans, and other consumer banking products etc.)

  • Establishes customers’ real needs, understands the customer and their requirements

  • Provides advice and product information to customers as appropriate, outlining features and benefits

  • Identifies cross-selling opportunities to sell other products

  • Achieves or exceeds agreed sales targets

Customer Service

  • Helps customers think through their whole banking relationship and understand how products fit together

  • Monitors customers’ orders from start to finish, delivering on promise

  • Takes responsibility for resolving issues with orders or product sales


  • Keeps up to date with products their features, benefits and costs

  • Administration

  • Completes all paperwork/forms and updates all systems accurately and in a timely manner



  • 0 to 3 years of experience in sales

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills/ability, especially to mass market customers

  • Willing to be deployed in mass market locations
