Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
The local Payroll Associate is responsible for the transaction of HR administration processes within local SAP organization.
As part of the HR Service Center Organization the Payroll Associate performs local data maintenance of non-migrated processes, handles EIC tickets and executes simple processes. The Payroll Associate is a contact point for non-standard payroll processes and acts as an advisor for simple topics related to payroll.
Answer simple payroll inquiries
Perform administrative tasks
Data maintenance of non-migrated processes
Support HR activities for other departments
Support local tasks of monthly payroll processing
Create legal statements
Manage internal mail
Scanning of payroll documents to workflow
Support project work as needed
Deliver customer value :
Understand Service Level Agreements
Coach and enable tier 1 and tier 2 teams to resolve standard cases
Follow guidelines and policies in managing confidential data
Perform regular SOX controls
Continuously improve work and processes
Experience & Language Requirements
1 year working experience within HR area
Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred
Working experience within a Shared Service Center preferred
Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Administration education/ Commercial Education or comparable experience
