As one of the largest Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) providers in the area, you’ll be part of an ever-growing company that is changing the course of children’s lives through high-quality, in-home programs for children on the Autism Spectrum as well as consultation and behavior support to many local school districts. Qualifications

  • Able to work in a variety of home environments and school settings

  • Volunteer and/or work experience with children (preferably with special needs or challenging behaviors)

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Ability to take feedback effectively

  • Have a flexible schedule

  • Willing to start out part-time

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willing to commit at least 9 months to the following position

  • Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working in a school-type setting

  • Must be comfortable with challenging/aggressive behaviors

  • Working towards or have a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or other related field

  • Willing to commute 20-30 miles

  • Experience with ABA Therapy
