Position Overview:

The Workforce Analytics Associate will focus on building and refining workforce reporting and analytic capabilities, leveraging data from HRIS and Workforce analytics systems including Workday, Visier and MS Access. The ideal candidate will be part of highly prioritized efforts to standardize, improve and streamline HR reporting and analytics, and facilitating access for the right stakeholders to the right HR information and metrics, primarily via self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

•Responsible for maintenance, development and troubleshooting of Workday reports

•Assist in the maintenance, development and troubleshooting of Microsoft Access data warehouse repositories and Excel spreadsheets used to automate management reporting.

•Identify opportunities to enhance existing reports

•Assist in the design and development of dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids for on-demand access using Visier

•Provide customer support, training and guidance to HR colleagues, to drive usage of self-service reporting capabilities across the organization, and to capture new requirements and ideas for useful HR reports to develop

•Assist in identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in data sets

•Ensure the data is accurate, consistent, and interpretable

•Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business or related field

•1-2 years of progressive experience directly related to developing end user reporting/analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience

•Strong working knowledge of Workday including creating / modifying / troubleshooting reports

•Knowledge of writing calculated fields

•Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
