Job DescriptionCompany in Melville has an opening for a Temporary Admin within their HR (Organizational Development) Department!This assignment is slated to last from November 2015-February 2017Pay rate is dependent on experience, Hours are Monday - FridayKey Role Responsibilities:-Advanced MS Outlook skills (Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-Prepare materials for Executive Education, Workshops, and Board of Directors-Reserve Conference Rooms-Maintains calendar-Schedules appointments, meetings, and events-Handles travel & expenses (knowledge of Concur a plus)-Make car service arrangements when needed-Scan invoices over to AP for payments with proper codes and signatures-Creates weekly schedules for the team-Orders supplies for the team-Handles electronic time entries-Greets visitors Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
