The purpose of this role as Leader for Large Market segment in Geo-North region it to develop and execute the strategy of this department, deploying a robust value proposition for Corporate Card, T&E, P-Card and CTA in order to be the leader in the market and delivery of new and complex products/platforms and services to capture new payment flows (Enhance Data for CTA and B2B)

Responsible for defining and development MasterCard Large Market strategy in order to have a value proposition to support Issuer to be the best in class.
Guarantee that MasterCard Commercial core products Corporate, CTA and P-card benefits have differentiation vs our competitors
Provide consultative product expertise, training, best practices, and implementation guidance for product features and functionality to internal partners (e.g. Sales/Account Team, Product Delivery, Advisors, etc.) and external customers (e.g. Issuers, governmental and industry organizations, etc.)
Responsible for all go to market activities in the region for commercial card business segments and platforms (i.e. Smart Data SDg2, ICCP/Purchase Control & Virtual Card platforms)
Leads key strategic delivery efforts on a regional/global level, including first-time deployment of new products, services and technology
Responsible for end-to-end delivery across MC, including accountability for implementation within defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements
Work closely with business and external stakeholders to ensure effective two-way communications regarding collection of business requirements and communication of key product decisions, plans, and releases
Responsible for leveragingand supporting the cross-sell ofthe full complement of MasterCard capabilities (Labs, Advisors, Emerging Payments, etc.) to drive both innovation and value to MasterCard shareholders in these segments
Develop new strategies/products in order to capture new payment flows such as B2B, P2P etc
Determine and evaluate business cases for proposed product developments that drive recommended prioritization
All About You
Knowledge of Commercial products and/or Corporate/Commercial Banking
Extensive knowledge of product management principles and product development lifecycle
Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines (i.e., Sales, Product, operations) in an unstructured environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Strong operational/technical background within the payments and financial services industries
Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment Strong presentation, written communication, and influencing skills
Bachelor's degree with Finance or Marketing focus required, MBA desirable.
