WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Reporting Analyst, Performance and Governance at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Ensuring timely delivery of business facing metrics and ad hoc reporting through ad hoc reporting
Driving report integrity and information reliability by establishing strong reporting protocols and guidelines for critical reports
Managing data analysis and reporting to support the daily, weekly, monthly metrics that enable Global Business Service Center operations
Responsible for Kellogg North America Global Business Service Center reporting and Global Service Management Center of Excellence reporting
Using analysis of data and root cause analysis problem solving methods to identify and correct errors in reports or metrics
Creating impactful visual representation of metrics to aid consumer understanding
Partnering with IT on identifying and suggesting areas of improvement on technology
Managing system issues/requests and submitting IT tickets as needed
Identifying improvement opportunities to streamline and automate reporting
Partnering with internal and external customers at all levels to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve reporting process issues
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Bachelor’s Degree and related experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with SAP or other similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation and decision making skills
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
Expertise in data visualization and report automation
Experience in Visual basic for applications (VBA), Tableau, Access, Pivot tables, SQL, Advanced Excel
Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
LEAN Six Sigma Certification or training
Experience working for a multi-national organization and working with colleagues in other locations

This position can also be location free and worked from anywhere within the United States.
