WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as Senior Manager, Performance and Governance at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Organizing and tracking all relevant metric details and creating and maintaining catalog/inventory that includes key attribute data (i.e. metric formulas, service level agreements, data sources, performance targets and thresholds, etc.)
Controlling and maintaining all updates to metrics and/or support attributes
Managing and providing direction to reporting analysts to ensure the reporting of daily, weekly, monthly metrics that enable global business service center operations to run efficiently
Developing processes and procedures that ensure metrics are reported within good quality and integrity
Integrating or leading integration of data from multiple complex data sources and organizing data in formats that maximize effectiveness for users
Leading analysis and interpreting data from metrics and reporting; identifying trends; providing insights and recommending key actions including modeling
Partnering with global business service center global process owners, IT business partners, and other high level stakeholders to scope and align metrics, devise reports, and methods that represent an objective evaluation of process and organizational health
Supporting resolution of reporting issues
Partnering with internal global business service center teams and IT to streamline and automate reporting
Leading the preparation of all global business service center governance meetings
Leading the execution of annual metric and target setting processes
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed at Kellogg, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and significant related experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Direct experience with reporting and tailoring data and information to a variety of audiences including senior leadership
Expertise in data visualization and report automation techniques and strategies
Experience with Tableau software
Training or certification in Six Sigma or LEAN
