_Job Description:_ Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services / Perioperative, the Manager of Surgical Services is responsible for all functions in respective Surgical Services areas inclusive of the Main Operating Rooms, Open Heart, OR Materials/ Billing personnel and Surgical Services Educator.

_Responsibilities include:_ * Organize the functions of the department through the appropriate assignment of responsibilities, delegation of authority and overall direction of the department * Support and participate in the goals of the organization’s quality improvement, risk management and patient safety program * Effectively communicate with administration, medical staff, employees, and other departments to coordinate efforts, meet special needs, and address problems or concerns #LI-EFL

_Qualifications:_ * Current FL Nursing License * Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing * BSN required, Master’s preferred * 3 years of OR Management experience preferred * Knowledge of Anesthesia and Pain Medicine * BLS Certification Required * Organizational, interpersonal and verbal skills required
