Purpose and Objective: SuccessFactors, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Specialist at our Minnetonka, Minnesota location to work in a product-, cross functional- or testing team with special focus to quality assurance and test related tasks within the product creation process.

Expectations and Tasks: Defines quality- and test strategies for products respecting defined process- and product standards. Analyzes, defines, implements and executes quality and test related activities according this quality- and test strategy. Creates a detailed test design incl. test system landscape definition and product standards, prepares tests (customizing & master data), authors and executes manual and automated tests. Analyzes test results (issues) and takes appropriate follow-up actions. Acts as subject matter expert for teams in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods and tools. Initiates process or tool improvements. Has product domain knowledge incl. relevant business processes and scenarios and a proficient understanding of customer needs. Has advanced knowledge about relevant product and process standards, important legal requirements as well as quality assurance and test related tools. Has proficient knowledge and technical competencies of relevant programming languages and related development tools and processes. 10% travel is required.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

Work Experience: Experience must involve QA Automation required; working with tools Ranrorex or Selenium; C# or Java programming languages, SQL skills; working experience with SVN / code versioning tools; experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining Virtual Machines via VMware or comparable tools; experience working with Jenkins or comparable continuous integration tools. 10% travel required.
