Now, if you were to come on board as aBusser, we-d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Demonstrate positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

  • Participate in opening/closings, setups and breakdowns and ensure overall room ambiance, cleanliness, appropriate setting and presentation

  • Remove soiled dishes, linen, silverware and restore/replenish settings

  • Polish all glassware and related tableware used in food service

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of appointed section, check for quality and cleanliness to standards for all items

  • Apply the necessary precautions with regards to food safety and hygiene standards

  • Greet guests in a friendly, positive and respectful manner

  • Previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand and/or fine dining luxury level service knowledge and training

  • Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices and open communication

  • Ensure quality service to guests with emphasis on cleanliness, efficiency, accuracy, professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high volume environment

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

  • Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
