Job DescriptionPRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Service internal and external customers as it relates to sales orders and customer inquiries while working in a call center environment MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive and make inbound/outbound calls from customers, sales representatives and end users regarding inquiries, order status, application of products and pricing- Responsible for order management, which can include: sales order processing, validation and completion of necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorizations (RGA), verifying credit status/pricing, and verifying inventory levels- Professionally diffuse irate customers while identifying the root cause and providing adequate solutions- Interfaces with key departments in support of order management processes- Maintains service excellence by adhering to the Quality Assurance program guidelines- Proactively identifies opportunities for synergies with other departments- Maintains a reciprocal support relationship with the sales organization- Provides feedback regarding potential process improvement ideas- Other responsibilities as needed and assigned----- SKILL SETS:- High School Degree required.- College Degree in a business related field preferred.- 2+ years' customer service or sales experience desired. Call center and order entry experience also preferred. SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required. Telephone sales ability a plus.- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required.- The ability to accurately handle complex processes and multi-task in a fast paced environment.- Knowledge of medical manufacturing and/or distribution preferred.- SAP experience and knowledge preferred Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
