Marketing Operations is the foundation of our demand generation team. The Demand Gen and Marketing Operations Sr. Manager/Director/Sr. Director will build the programs and manage the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic & focused outbound lead generation.

You are the Marketo administrator and authority, using it to its fullest employing any and all features available to load the top of the funnel. You will maintain constant communication with sales leadership and enable our marketing and sales teams to connect with our target customer base. This strong candidate will be revenue minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of HyperGrid and the Marketing organization.

The successful candidate will have solid business judgment, be a strategic thinker, possess strong creative and analytical skills, and have experience in creating online demand and awareness for cutting-edge technology products. Experience with planning and executing global campaigns across multiple audiences and languages is preferred.



• Maintain and optimize our inbound and outbound lead management process and ensure follow through on leads generated • Manage automated lead nurturing programs via the use of Marketo • Manage the lead scoring program with focus on rapid response and engagement • Executes & manages strong email campaigns including loading database • Document the current lead flow process and outline the integration of all relevant systems • Work closely with the HyperGrid Sales Operations team to identify gaps in current processes and systems, focusing on the enhancement of sales productivity • Improve data integrity through data cleansing, list segmentation, data alignment and implementing process and workflow improvements • Create scalable and repeatable operational processes to improve the efficiency of demand generating programs • Create and manage A/B testing initiatives as well as other proactive testing strategies • Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of the marketing contribution to pipeline • Act as the company-wide Marketo Administrator, supporting end-users as needed. • Partner closely with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure optimal use of marketing budget.


• Own the entire metrics stack for all global digital efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and influence on bookings • Assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between marketing campaign narratives and the website user experience and KPIs • Optimize and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs, including: SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, and social, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and inside sales conversions.

Demand Generation

• Act as strategic partner and internal digital marketing agency to global demand generation, brand awareness, and inside sales • Develop compelling go-to market plans to support and extend brand campaigns/initiatives across global sales regions • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and incremental business growth potential • Develop business cases, gain endorsement and execute • Manage an internal team, external agencies, and work across multiple groups within and outside of the marketing organization


• 5+ years digital marketing and online sales experience, preferably with a B2B technology background, preferably on a global scale • Strong balance of analytics/data and creative/design • Passionate about B2B lead gen, digital advertising, brand awareness • Experience with web content strategy, localization, paid media, owned media, site merchandising, testing and analytics • Strong track record in performance analytics and making data driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions • Strong leadership track record with ability to work effectively with executive leadership team • Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of ROI analysis • Experience with building, mentoring and coaching a team • Marketo Certified Expert or better • A strong commitment to teamwork • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing space • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Creative thinker • Understanding of Salesforce CRM • Post secondary degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience • Highly positive outlook • Extremely organized and detail oriented • Excellent stress management skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to think on your feet • Multi-tasking is a must! • Knowledge of the Data Center industry is a big plus
