  • Handling of all queries through extensive back-end investigation and front-end client coordination

  • Handling key assigned TTS Platinum clients and resolve all assigned queries within pre-defined turnaround times to attain customer satisfaction

  • Root causing on Plat client issues and working with stakeholders to resolve/correct processes

  • Focus on service transformation through deepening and widening exposure to Self-service channels

  • Support monthly service pulse checks and track issues for end-to-end closure

  • Plan and execute customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retaining client interest

  • Timely reporting of metrics and queue update for unit level reporting


  • Education: Master’ Degree/CA/MBA

  • Experience: Candidates with 1- 2 years of related work experience


  • Process and analytical skills with eye for detail and use systematic and creative approaches for problem solving

  • Team players with strong relationship building skills to enable them to adapt to the dynamic business of Citi

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
