Requirements: Responsible for general ledger. Maintain reconciliations; research and reconcile all discrepancies. Responsible for month and year-end close process. Maintain Fixed asset schedules and reporting. Review bank statements and reconciliations. Set up ACH & wire transfers, and upload/monitor positive pay exceptions. Record monthly commercial card activity and confirm supporting documentation provided. Prepare and file all Sales & Use tax returns. Support Federal and State tax filings with completion of required supporting documentation/reconciliations. Assist with annual external audit. Assist with completion of requested schedules. Special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications and Experience 5 – 7 years of experience working in a senior accounting role; strong analytical and accounting skills. Sales & Use tax experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel & MS Outlook. QuickBooks experience preferred. System implementation/conversion experience. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.
