Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide testing support and perform User Acceptance Testing for Global and Regional Commercial Cards Product Offerings of various size, scope and global reach

  • Relationship management with Product Management, Technology, and all other Operational areas

  • Develop business goals, plans, and execution of these plans and key strategic initiatives

  • Plan and coordinate all phases of testing lifecycle activities: Business Scenarios and Use Cases, Test Script development, Data Strategy, Validation Requirements, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Post Implementation Support

  • Conduct business scenario meetings with cross-functional teams to define testing coverage based on the Business and Functional Requirements

  • Independently interface with diverse operational and technical groups, assisting in translating business requirements into support processes while providing recommendations to optimize operational procedures and minimize risk

  • Utilize technology and the internet with comfort in order to assess the impact of technology changes on operational processes and procedures, Client Delivery, and our Clients.

  • Perform analysis of current and proposed technology and business processes.

  • Understand technical documentation and interpreting the requirements to logical testing requirements while seeking clarification on ambiguity

  • Create Project Reports of daily metrics progress for script development, test execution, and defects

  • Develop and manage project plans in support of project stakeholders for large and small, cross-functional projects while maintaining communications lines with all stakeholders

  • Coordinate the turnover and acceptance of enhancements/change with the testing team

  • Support of ongoing projects using the North America UAT test methodology and keeping the Team Lead appraised of the progress through regular updates; oral and written communications

  • Document user manuals, training guides and perform training as necessary.

  • Actively participate in strategy, planning and Senior Management meetings.

  • Manage interdependencies to ensure the success of all projects.

  • Effectively operate in a multi-faceted and constantly changing environment, with the responsibility for management of multiple project tracks of changing scope and priority on a frequent basis, without the aid of static technical requirements documents.

  • Effectively and efficiently, operate in a deadline driven environment in order to meet the “live-to-market” dates.

  • Monitor customer issues and advocate for ongoing process improvements.

  • Support Release Management functions and the SDLC process throughout all phases of production.

  • Ensure operational workarounds/gaps are tracked and worked to closure via technology enhancements or process improvements


  • Banking Industry knowledge, prior commercial or consumer card and TSYS experience preferred

  • Flexibility to work in a virtual and office team environment

  • Demonstrated strength working independently and as a team with minimal supervision

  • Minimum 2-3 years project management and/or testing experience
