Our Suburban Lower Mainland client is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for their organization. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for full cycle Payroll and Benefits Administration for 120+ staff, predominantly hourly, as well as accounting for payroll functions (reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, etc). There will also be the opportunity to do some ad hoc HR work, such as developing and maintaining templates for paperwork and introducing some procedures around basic HR practices.

Requirements: The ideal Payroll and Benefits Administrator will have 2+ years of Payroll and Benefits experience with a payroll of over 100 staff and experience using ADP (preferably Pay@Work and EZLabour). You are comfortable in a casual working environment (jeans ok) and you are looking for something long term and stable. You have strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills and you have intermediate level Excel skills.
