Overall purpose of role: The KYC Offboarding Analyst has good business knowledge, risk awareness and control mindset concentrating on delivering business targets and strategic objectives. The candidate must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal clients, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Follow-through skills and time management are critical elements of this position.

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

o Key specific accountabilities. • Serve as a functioning business analyst in collecting, analyzing, and providing project business requirements. Participate in various workshops, surveys and meetings. • Drive solutions to business initiatives and requests. • Identify and implement change that will result in process efficiency and potential cost savings. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with related Front Office, Compliance, Finance and Operations areas • Interface and work closely with business units to understand their needs and secure appropriate buy-in / signoff throughout project lifecycle. • Produce or contribute to the objectives of project / programme plans, business / benefits case and business requirements definition. Identify opportunities to improve process and controls. o Build consistent Global approach for reportingServe as a functioning business analyst in collecting, analyzing, and providing project business requirements. Participate in various workshops, surveys and meetings. o Support the team in the design / development of complex business models/solutions by undertaking analysis to support implementation of solutions and make recommendations to improve processes and working practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications will include

Basic Qualifications

o Bachelor’s Degree o 1 year experience in a financial institution o 1 year of experience in VBA,SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially Excel • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong ability to multi task and prioritize • Sound communication skills, both written and oral • Risk Mitigation & Control focus • Adaptable to constant change • Team player
