Management Support Specialists at SAP are at the heart of our operations. They are highly organized and enjoy working in a technology-focused environment to keep senior executives running smoothly. They excel at working across teams and across cultures, and don’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves to provide support for on-going projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Directly support senior management with various administrative tasks (calendar management, travel arrangements, travel expenses, e-mail, meeting co-ordination etc.)
Managing workflows like vacation requests, purchase orders, distribution lists etc.
Designing and maintaining team collaboration sites
Supporting teams in project management
Supporting local events at the SAP New York office in Hudson Yards
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Very strong organizational and planning skills
Interest and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, especially across global teams
Fluent in English, proficiency in German a plus, Japanese a nice-to-have
Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
Minimum 2 years of executive support experience
